Website Terms

Terms governing your use of the SignalRivet Audio website.

Effective September 11, 2026Last updated September 11, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using signalrivetplugins.com, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Website purpose

The website provides information about SignalRivet Audio software, product development, private beta testing, and support. Product descriptions, release plans, compatibility statements, pricing, and availability may change. A beta request is only a request and does not guarantee selection, access, support, or a future commercial release.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, forms, or stored information
  • Interfere with website operation, bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or introduce malicious code
  • Submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unlawful material
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or extract content from the website except as allowed by law or written permission
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Intellectual property

The website, SignalRivet Audio branding, plugin names, interface designs, text, graphics, software demonstrations, and other original content are owned by or licensed to SignalRivet Audio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may view the website for personal, noncommercial evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

5. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant SignalRivet Audio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and incorporate that feedback into products and services without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing music, recordings, or other creative work.

6. Beta software

Access to beta software is governed by the separate Beta Tester Agreement. If these Website Terms conflict with that agreement regarding beta software, the Beta Tester Agreement controls.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. SignalRivet Audio does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalRivet Audio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. SignalRivet Audio does not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalRivet Audio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the website will not exceed the amount you paid directly to SignalRivet Audio for website access during the twelve months before the claim, or US $50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted there.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated if you violate these terms, misuse the website, threaten its security, or create legal risk. Sections that logically should survive termination, including intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to a separate written agreement must be brought in a state or federal court in Kentucky that has jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief.

12. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without written permission. SignalRivet Audio may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@signalrivetplugins.com.
